British-born Emma trained at the London Royal Ballet School before starting her career as a professional ballerina at the Scottish Royal Ballet and the Norwegian Royal Ballet, before leaving the ballet world to become a professional showgirl at some of Paris’ most prestigious cabarets. 

Alongside her dance career she chose to train as a Pilates and Gyrotinocs instructor, leading her to gradually create the Kalon Cardio Barre method, combining her years of experience in these disciplines. The elements of ballet, fitness and pilates in this method help to sculpt a body like a dancer by repeating small, isometric movements, constantly fatiguing the muscles without ever bulking them. The result is strong, toned and lean muscle like a dancer.
